1. Offshore Construction Superintendent

BASIC PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for ensuring that all construction works at the offshore facilities are carried out in accordance with Company expectation.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Diploma Engineering and or Bachelor Degree,
• Minimum 8 years experience in similar positions within the oil and gas industry,
• Must have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of design, fabrication, installation and commissioning industry from a technical standpoint.

2. Offshore Facilities Engineer

BASIC PURPOSE:
• Provide on location technical assistance to Operations to maximize equipment reliability,
• Provide technical trouble shooting of equipment and process to reduce repetitive failures,
• Lead small project development and execution,
• Lead technical evaluations of specialty projects such as Duplex and dissimilar metal welding, radiographic inspection, vibration analysis and corrosion/erosion assessment,
• Quickly learn equipment and processes at Eastern Hub Operation.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Engineering degree from recognized university or institution preferable from Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgic Engineering or equivalent,
• Having 3-12 years experience in oil and gas industry or petrochemical plant preferably in machinery diagnostics, piping design and repair or project planning and execution,
• Able to supervise skilled contractors in small project execution,
• Ability to lead failure analysis and mitigation plans to reduce repetitive failure,
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill to interact with diverse work force, vendors and organizations,
• Strong team player with proactive approach to decision making process,
• Perform detailed risk assessments of all critical job to maintain high safety standard,
• Able to perform material strength calculation,
• Champion mechanical assessment of facility changes through the Management of Change (MOC) process,
• Knowledge of Asset integrity principles including material degradation mechanisms, inspection methods,
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques for specialty metals such as Duplex Stainless Steel,
• Knowledge for piping & pressure vessel design and applicable codes,
• Ability to diagnose mechanical problems in rotating equipment such as pump, compressors and turbines,
• Possess a basic Knowledge for control system & electrical.
