We are the one of growing fast coal company in Indonesia, there are currently operate and explore locations in the key commercial coal area East Kalimantan, South Sumatra and Papua.

In response to our continuing fast growth, we need highly qualified, dynamic, energetic, strong leadership and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies:

1. Sr. CPP (Coal Preparation Plan) Supervisor

Requirement :
a. University Graduate, majoring Mine Engineer,
b. Male, max 38 years old,
c. Min 5 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position,
d. Having POM Certificate,
e. Well organized on coal production target in ROM stock,
f. Excellent at monitoring and reporting the production facility condition, and the plan barging,
g. Able to make a daily and monthly report of Crusher, MBL, and BLC production,
h. Strong leadership and hard working,
i. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

2. Sr. Mine Engineer / Sr. Mine Plan (Operations)

Requirement :
a. University Graduate, majoring Mine Engineer,
b. Min age 32 years and Max age 38 years,
c. Min 5 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position,
d. Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining,
e. Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and MINCOM Software (SURPAC),
f. Strong leadership and hard working,
g. Having POM Certificate,
h. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

3. Sr. Mine Supervisor (Operations)

Requirement :
a. University Graduate, majoring Mine Engineer,
b. Min age 32 years and Max age 38 years,
c. Min 5 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position,
d. Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining,
e. Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and MINCOM Software (SURPAC),
f. Strong leadership and hard working,
g. Having POP Certificate, preferable POM Certificate completed,
h. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

4. Sr. Maintenance Supervisor

Requirement :
a. University Graduate, majoring Electrical Engineer,
b. Min age 32 years and Max age 38 years,
c. Min 4 years working experiences,
d. Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining,
e. Having experiences on : Plant Maintenance, Instrumentation Electrician, Electrician Camp Maintenance, Crusher Plant, Conveyor, Powerhouse (Generator Set),
f. Strong Leadership and hard working,
g. Having POP Certificate,
h. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

5. Sr. Mine Geologist

Requirement :
a. University Graduate, majoring Geologist,
b. Min age 32 years and Max age 38 years,
c. Min 5 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position,
d. Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining,
e. Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and MINCOM, SURPAC,
f. Expert in all activities and coal handling from Pit to Port,
g. Strong leadership and hard working,
h. Having POP Certificate,
i. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

6. Sr. Mine Surveyor

Requirement :
a. University Graduate, majoring Mine Engineer,
b. Min age 32 years and Max age 38 years,
c. Min 5 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position,
d. Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining,
e. Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and MINCOM Software (SURPAC),
f. Strong leadership and hard working,
g. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

7. Mechanic / Electrical / Civil Supervisor

Requirement :
a. Min 5 years experiences, preferably working in mining industry,
b. Strong knowledge & experience with: Mechanical, Electric, and Civil,
c. Strong leadership and hard working,
d. Good communication in English (both written & spoken),
e. Expert in using computer engineering software,
f. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

8. Environmental Supervisor

Requirement :
a. Male, max age 38,
b. Min bachelor degree of Forestry Faculty,
c. Min 8 years working experiences, preferable from Contractor Coal Mining,
d. Having good relationship with local government, distamben, and department of forestry,
e. Able to make the environmental program, from planning, preparing, implementation, until reporting the progress,
f. Good communication and strong leadership,
g. Excellent computer skill,
h. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

9. HSE Supervisor

Requirement :
a. Graduate in Engineering or having qualification in HSE,
b. Max age 38 years old,
c. At least 5 years working experience and 2 years in the same position from mining industry,
d. Strong experience especially in coal mining project, which include safe working procedures, job safety analysis (JSA) and emergency response team,
e. Having experience on inspection, procedures and prepare all documentations related to HSE,
f. Having knowledge on HSE Management System,
g. Good communication and fluent in English (both written and spoken),
h. Strong leadership,
i. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.

10. Administration Supervisor

Requirement :
a. Male, max 36 years old,
b. Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Administration or Management,
c. Having minimum at least 5 years experiences, and 2 years in the same position,
d. Understand of Personnel System and Legal,
e. Familiar with Mining & PEB Document Permit,
f. Discipline and hard working,
g. Strong Leadership,
h. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.
